Tory Gavito is the President of Way to Win, an organization that in its short lifespan has raised over $200M to build towards multiracial democracy. Prior to Way to Win, Tory was the Founding Executive Director of the Texas Future Project. Tory has a JD from Saint Mary’s University School of Law, was an advocate for immigrants in the workplace for over a decade, and grounds her work in movement-building.
