How Women Changed The Face Of Impeachment

Donning a Hillary Clinton-esque suffragette white pantsuit and a thick string of blue pearls in front of a wall of American flags in the Speaker’s Balcony Hallway, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) earlier this month officially directed her two top chairmen to move forward with articles of impeachment against President Trump. The moment was historic for many reasons, but was especially so for Pelosi, the first woman to hold the coveted job of House speaker, and, now, the first woman to lead the charge to impeach a sitting president.
