This is a delicate matter. But one thing we’re seeing is that Robert Mueller is a good deal older than the last time he testified before Congress, which was six-plus years ago. He was then in his mid-late 60s and now in his mid-70s. That can be a big six years. I’m certainly not saying that he’s impaired in any way. He just seems older, a bit more fragile, slower. People who follow Washington politics closely remember a fairly different person. He seems tired.
