Let me follow up on what I wrote in my first post on Assange and especially what I wrote in my subsequent ‘Late Update’ to that post. As I wrote, this isn’t the charge I expected. It’s a much more legitimate charge, at least on the law. Whether it is on the facts is yet to be seen. Josh Kovensky walks us through the basic details of the charges here.
