Former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams seems to be gearing up for a run — but for which office?

According to a Politico report, she has now met with Sen. Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) at least three times to discuss taking on Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) in 2020.

At the same time, she’s weighing jumping into the presidential arena, though she said she wouldn’t get into the race until much later, maybe even missing the first couple of debates.

“My responsibility is to analyze it, decide if that’s the job for me and how I can win,” she told Politico. “I believe based on my understanding of the contours of how to run a presidential race, September is actually an appropriate date.”
