Marc Scaringi, an attorney who took over President Donald Trump’s feeble voter fraud lawsuit in Pennsylvania on Monday after the lawyers heading the case abandoned ship, seems to have had a whiplash-inducing change of heart as to how effective Trump’s corrupt attempts to overturn President-elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory via the courts will be.
Scaringi, who also hosts a radio program, told listeners on November 7 that Trump’s court fights are unlikely to work out for the President.
“In my opinion, there really are no bombshells that are about to drop that will derail a Biden presidency, including these lawsuits,” Scaringi said.
The lawyer asserted that while “some” of the cases “have merit,” ultimately they won’t deliver Trump the win he’s been digging for.
“At the end of the day, in my view, the litigation will not work,” Scaringi said. “It will not reverse this election.”
Scaringi’s comments were first flagged by MediaMatters news director John Whitehouse.
The Washington Post also reported on a post on Scaringi’s blog stating that Biden had “successfully claimed the role of the 46th president of the United States.” The post appears to have been deleted.
