With a few hours to spare before the impeachment inquiry officially enters its public phase, President Trump turned to his infamous vice of rage-tweeting his anticipation.
On the eve of the first public impeachment testimonies Wednesday, which will feature acting Ukraine ambassador Bill Taylor and top State Department official George Kent, Trump re-upped a quote by “amazing warrior” Sean Hannity slamming House Intelligence Committee Chair Adam Schiff.
“The circus is coming to town. The corrupt, compromised, coward & congenital liar Adam Schiff Show on Capital Hill, brought to you by his raging psychotic Democrats & the top allies in the Media Mob. Everything you’re going to see in the next two weeks is rigged…..

….to hurt Donald Trump and we, the people that support him. The Left has never accepted the results of the 2016 Election. They never saw this coming. This is not just about President Trump. They hate everyone he is representing.” @seanhannity @FoxNews Sean the amazing warrior!

On the morning of the first public impeachment hearings, Trump yet again tweeted more quotes from Fox News figures, including “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy and Fox News contributor Charles Hurt, while doubling down on his attacks against Schiff. Trump’s morning rage-tweets also railed against Democrats and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
“Millions of Americans will see what a partisan sham this whole thing is.” Rush Limbaugh @foxandfriends Also, why is corrupt politician Schiff allowed to hand over cross examination to a high priced outside lawyer. Did that lawyer ever work for me, which would be a conflict?

The Democrats have stacked the deck against President Trump and the Republicans. They have leaked out everything. @SteveDoocy @foxandfriends

“Nancy Pelosi cares more about power than she does about principle. She did not want to go down this road. She realizes this is a huge loser for Democrats. The Founders envisioned the worst people being in politics, yet they couldn’t envision this. You have these people taking…

….any laws or did anything wrong, and they have to move away from quid pro quo because there was no quid, and there was no quo. Ukraine got it’s money (3 weeks early), and there was no investigation.” @CharlesHurt @foxandfriends

Trump also appeared to reference his accusation of Taylor being a “Never Trumper” in a Wednesday morning tweet. The President initially made the accusation against Taylor last month in response to his damning 15-page opening statement to Congress that undercut the President’s vehement quid pro quo denials.
NEVER TRUMPERS!

Trump additionally reiterated his call for the public to “read the transcript” — in other words, the White House’s version of a call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Earlier this month, the President toyed with the idea of holding a “fireside chat” reading of the White House-released memo of the Ukraine call, while also alluding to a fight-back campaign that would include t-shirts with the slogan “Read the transcript” emblazoned on them.
