Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell has seemingly bowed to President Donald Trump on every front: he halted interest rate increases, he stopped shrinking its asset portfolio.

But, per the Wall Street Journal, it’s still not enough.

Trump has verbally pistol-whipped Powell three times last week, blaming him for the rising deficit and falling stocks.

“Mnuchin gave me this guy,” Trump reportedly complained, blaming his Treasury secretary.

Trump seems to be being pretty blunt with how he feels to his much-maligned Fed chair’s face (or voice) as well.

“I guess I’m stuck with you,” he said on a recent phone call.
