President Donald Trump isn’t pleased that Fox News analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano is still saying Trump obstructed justice during the Russia probe.

On Sunday, Trump retweeted an apparently random Twitter account that attacked Napolitano for “continuous incorrect statements.”

“The man has been significantly wrong on at least 8 major occasions,” the tweet reads. “Unacceptable! Take him off the air!”

Trump’s retweet is likely a response to Napolitano’s Friday interview with Reason, during which the judge doubled down on his previous assertion that Trump had obstructed special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Napolitano told Reason that Attorney General Bill Barr’s reason for not charging Trump with obstruction of justice doesn’t hold up.

“Richard Nixon could not be charged with obstruction of justice unless he was actually one of the Watergate burglars, under Barr’s theory,” Napolitano said. “That’s how absurd it is.”
