President Donald Trump seems to have the impending release of the Mueller report on the brain, tweeting Monday that the special counsel’s findings — which he still has not seen in full — exonerate him completely.

All Trump has reportedly seen is Attorney General William Barr’s four-page summary of the report, which includes Mueller’s partial quote: “while this report does not conclude the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

It is unclear which “investigators” Trump is referring to, but he may be clinging to Barr’s assertion that intelligence agencies “spied” on the Trump campaign in 2016.
