Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis, Rudy Giuliani’s fellow crony in the President’s unsuccessful war against the election, has tested positive for COVID-19, according to Axios, ABC News, and Bloomberg News.

Ellis attended a White House Christmas party for senior staff as trade adviser Peter Navarro’s guest on Friday, where she reportedly was not seen wearing a mask.

She also spent last week traveling with Giuliani, who confirmed on Sunday that he had tested positive for the virus and is currently hospitalized, on their absurd tour to convince Republican state lawmakers to let President Donald Trump steal electors from President-elect Joe Biden. Neither of the attorneys wore masks during their stops, which saw both of them freely peddle bunk conspiracy theories about election fraud, and Arizona’s state legislature is closed for the week thanks to Giuliani’s diagnosis.

An angry senior official told Axios that Ellis “had the nerve to show up at the senior staff Christmas party knowing everyone was furious with her for constantly stirring Trump up with nonsense.”

The Trump campaign did not respond to TPM’s request for comment.
