As President Donald Trump constructs his campaign infrastructure on messages of historic progress and constant “winning,” he’s struggling to bat back a series of well-publicized failures on trade, immigration and North Korea denuclearization.

Trump has been consistently shifting the blame to others in his orbit, but reportedly frets about his own personal approval rates.
