North Korea blames Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and National Security Adviser John Bolton for an “atmosphere of hostility and mistrust” that dissolved denuclearization negotiations last month between Kim Jong-un and President Trump, The New York Times reported.

North Korea’s Vice Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui reportedly said at a press conference in Pyongyang that Kim and Trump’s relationship was still “good and the chemistry is mysteriously wonderful.”

Choe said that Kim would make a decision “in a short period of time” about whether the regime will continue its “moratorium” on tests of nuclear weapons.
