House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-NY) expressed frustration Wednesday after revealing that the Justice Department had told him that his committee would receive a copy of special counsel Robert Mueller’s redacted final report at “11/12,” only after Attorney General William Barr holds a press conference on the report at 9:30 a.m. ET.
Nadler also expressed concern at reports that the White House had already been briefed on the report.

ABC News’ Trish Turner reported, citing an unnamed Democratic aide, that the Senate Intelligence Committee had been informed of essentially the same thing.
The aide told her: “A full hour and a half post presser, and they have informed us they won’t even begin to have a discussion about redacted material until Friday.”
