Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) on Sunday admitted that his views on immigration have changed and that he no longer supports a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants.
“My view has changed,” he said on “Fox News Sunday.” “I’m flat out saying it.”
After he was questioned by “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace, Walker said he no longer favors a path to citizenship, which he indicated support for in 2013.
“I don’t believe in amnesty,” he said on Sunday. “We need to secure the border. We ultimately need to put in place a system that works — a legal immigration system that works.”
