Santorum Wins North Dakota Caucuses, Romney Could Take Third Place

CNN has projected Rick Santorum to win the North Dakota caucuses, upon the final closing of the votes.

With 78% of precincts reporting, Santorum has 40%, Ron Paul 27%, Mitt Romney 25%, and Newt Gingrich 8%.
