Paul Projected For Third Place In Iowa Caucuses

NBC News has projected Ron Paul as finishing third in the Iowa caucuses.

With 88% of precincts reporting, Paul has 21% of the vote, while Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney are in a dead heat at 25% each.
