Obama To Speak At Joplin, Missouri High School Graduation Ceremony

President Barack Obama will speak at a high school graduation ceremony in the tornado-ravaged town of Joplin, Missouri, the AP reports. A devastating tornado killed more than 150 people there in May 2011.
