Obama Opens Speech With Hot Mic Joke

President Obama opened his remarks to the Associated Press luncheon with a joke about his “hot mic” moment with outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev. “Feel free to transmit any of this to Vladimir, if you see him” Obama said.
