The National Republican Congressional Committee on Monday became the latest brand to go bae.
In an attempt to explain the magnitude of Obama’s 2016 budget wish-list, the organization used its Twitter account to try and capitalize on a popular meme, “on fleek.”

The term was popularized by Vine star Peaches Monroe, who in June posted a video declaring her eyebrows to be “on fleek” — looking good or on point. The video was viewed more than 26 million times, catapulting the term into popular culture.
