Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) on Tuesday night pounced on the opportunity to criticize President Obama and Hillary Clinton’s foreign policy following North Korea’s claim that the country had conducted a test of a hydrogen bomb.

Rubio said that Obama has “stood idly by” as North Korea built up its stock nuclear weapon and that world leaders are “taking advantage of Obama’s weakness.”
