Kim Davis, the defiant Kentucky county clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, arrived Tuesday night for President Barack Obama’s final State of the Union address decked out in red, white and blue.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) belatedly realized Tuesday afternoon that his office had given tickets to the Family Research Council, which invited Davis to Obama’s address.
