Confirmed: North Carolina Gov. Bev Perdue Will Not Seek Reelection

A Democratic source confirmed to TPM that North Carolina Gov. Bev Perdue will not seek reelection in November, as reported earlier. Perdue was seeking an uphill campaign and low approval numbers.
