Judge William Pauley III ordered Monday that Michael Cohen’s search warrant and related materials from last April be released publicly, with some redactions to protect his personal information.
The search warrant covered Cohen’s Manhattan apartment, his Rockefeller Center office and his safety deposit box in a Park Avenue hotel room, all of which the FBI raided last year.
Pauley is allowing redactions of Cohen’s email address, phone number, apartment address and safety deposit box number. The documents should be released on Tuesday.
Cohen has been sentenced to three years in prison for a myriad of crimes, including making hush money payments to women on behalf of President Donald Trump.
The date Cohen will have to turn himself in has been pushed back while he testified to a smorgasbord of congressional committees and recovers from shoulder surgery. He is now due in prison on May 6.
