Last night, Jon Stewart summed up how President Obama has gone back on his campaign promises to limit executive power: “All that power that you didn’t like when someone else had it, you decided to keep it? Oh my god, you’re Frodo! You’re Frodo!”
Stewart continued his Lord Of The Rings comparison, saying that though Obama thinks he “can be trusted with the power” because “he’s not a bad person,” he’s “being stalked by a strange and twisted creature who wants to take the precious away.”
