Jennifer Williams, a foreign policy aide to Vice President Mike Pence, testified Tuesday about listening in on the July 25 call between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
She said she found the conversation “unusual” because, unlike other presidential calls she’d listened to, it “involved discussion of what appeared to be a domestic political matter.”
