Rep. David Cicilline (D-RI), a member the House Judiciary Committee, said that everyone was being “careful” since you only get one shot at impeachment, but that all things considered, President Donald Trump was “more likely” to be removed from office in light of Michael Cohen’s testimony than he was before.

“People want to be sure they don’t appear they have prejudged it,” Cicilline explained to CNN’s John Berman. “If you are asking me if it seems likely the President could be removed from office based on what we know, is it more likely today than it was on Tuesday, the answer is yes.”

Cicilline’s colleagues on the House Intelligence Committee will get the chance to follow up on questions asked of Cohen at Wednesday’s House Oversight Committee hearing Thursday when Cohen comes back to the Hill for a closed-door session.
