Herman Cain, President Donald Trump’s reported pick for the Federal Reserve Board, spams his email list with weird money offers, including a recent one promising that readers could turn “$1,000 into $800,000” by using a “moneymaking strategy.”

Per Media Matters, Cain also has a history of promoting “penny stocks” to his email readers, small shares that are easily manipulated by promoters and manipulators.
Cain has a colorful history aside from the sketchy emails, and was once a Republican nominee for President before multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct.
