Former Fox News reporter Diana Falzone is reportedly cooperating with House Democrats’ request related to Fox’s reported killing of her story on hush payments to Stormy Daniels during the 2016 election.

According to MSNBC’s Ari Melber, Falzone has given congressional investigators “at least some documents that have been requested” by the House Oversight Committee.

“She will soon schedule an interview, which means she will talk to them about what happened,” Melber said during his show on Wednesday evening.

House Democrats asked Falzone for the documents last week after her lawyer told MSNBC that her client was under a non-disclosure agreement with Fox News and would likely need to be subpoenaed by Congress in order to talk about how the story was spiked. According to reporting by The New Yorker’s Jane Mayer, an editor killed Falzone’s story about the hush payments because Rupert Murdoch wanted Trump to win the election.

Fox has denied the allegations and the then-editor who reportedly extinguished the piece because it was not up to the network’s journalistic standards.
