FBI and IRS agents have raided Baltimore City Hall and Mayor Catherine Pugh’s (D) home, as well as an adult training center where Pugh once led a training program and has staffers on the board.

According to the Baltimore Sun, Pugh is still formally stepped down from her role while she recovers from pneumonia.

She has been under investigation by the Maryland State Prosecutor for the extremely lucrative sale of her children’s books, “Healthy Holly,” to organizations including the University of Maryland Medical System on whose board she sat at the time of the deal.
