The FBI was ordered to give a judge the unredacted and redacted versions of former FBI Director James Comey’s memos on his conversations with President Trump, Bloomberg News reported.
U.S. District Judge Jame Boasberg will reportedly determine whether the memos can be released as part of a Freedom of Information Act case brought by CNN, USA and Judicial Watch, a watchdog group.
At the beginning of the month, the FBI told Boasberg that the documents should remain classified while special counsel Robert Mueller conducted his investigation, which concluded last week.
