It’s not looking good for immigration reform.
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) — the Senate’s number two Democrat — said on Bill Press’ radio show that “it’s unlikely we’ll get to it this year,” The Hill reports today.
“Can we do it? Unlikely,” Durbin said, also reportedly saying that there’s a “remote chance” that Democrats could take up immigration reform this year.
