Brian Isaack Clyde, a 22-year-old clad in combat gear and armed with a rifle, died in a shootout with the police near a federal building in downtown Dallas, according to the Daily Beast.
Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives were reportedly searching for a device near the federal courthouse.
Clyde was reportedly shot and killed before he could get off any shots.
