The two-hour debate is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. on MSNBC and NBC News.
Six candidates will be on stage: Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, Amy Klobuchar, Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren and Michael Bloomberg.
The debate moderates are: Lester Holt, Chuck Todd, Hallie Jackson, Vanessa Hauc and Jon Ralson.
NBC News has said candidates will have a minute and 15 seconds for answers and 45 seconds for any follow ups.
